Education
Ali is a naturopathic doctor with roots in Windsor-Essex County, where she is proud to be launching her practice.

Her path to naturopathic medicine began with a degree in International Development from the University of Guelph, where she developed a strong interest in community building and social wellbeing. Personal health challenges deepened her passion for healthcare and sparked a shift in focus—from global development to the vital role of individual and community health. This journey ultimately led her to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree.

Ali’s approach blends evidence-based medicine with whole-person care, supporting each patient with thoughtful, personalized treatment rooted in both science and connection. She believes that health is not only a personal experience, but a community one—and that healing becomes more powerful when people feel seen, supported, and informed.
Now back in her hometown, Ali is dedicated to helping others build a stronger, more empowered relationship with their health—one that feels natural, sustainable, and deeply aligned.
What is Naturopathic medicine?

01
About Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine blends the art of healing with the science of modern healthcare. It’s a system of medicine that acknowledges the complexity of the human body—and treats it as just that: a whole, interconnected system.

Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, naturopathic care considers how all aspects of your health—hormones, digestion, mood, metabolism, skin, sleep—are working together. When one area is off, it can ripple into others. That’s why treatment is designed to support the entire system, not just one part of it.
03
Your Health, Your Experience
Every appointment is an opportunity to tune in, to learn, ask questions, and feel seen and heard in your health journey.

Care is collaborative, too. Naturopathic doctors often work alongside other healthcare providers—family physicians, specialists, therapists, and allied health practitioners—to create a cohesive plan that respects your needs and aligns with your goals.
02
Evidence-Based, Personalized Care
As a regulated healthcare profession in Ontario, naturopathic medicine values science and clinical research. Naturopathic doctors are trained in biomedical sciences, diagnosis, and pharmacology, alongside nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and other therapeutic modalities.
04
Supporting the Whole You
Whether you're seeking answers, looking to optimize your well-being, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, naturopathic medicine offers a compassionate, integrative path forward. It’s healthcare that meets you where you are—and helps guide you toward where you want to be.
Because health isn’t one-size-fits-all. And your care shouldn’t be either.

Common Questions
Is Naturopathic medicine covered by OHIP?
It is not covered by OHIP, but it is covered by most extended health benefit plans. It is best to check with your insurance provider to find out of you have coverage and how much. Paying out of pocket for our services is also an option if one does not have healthcare benefits.
Can I still see a Naturopathic Doctor if I have a Family Doctor?
Yes of course! We prefer to work collaboratively with other health practitioners to ensure you are getting the most comprehensive and thorough care possible. There are also some practices that are not in the scope of a Naturopathic Doctor and can be a necessary part of one's care (eg. prescription medication, specialist referrals, etc.).
Who is considered a Naturopathic Doctor?
